Occasionally, online retailers might advertise discounts or lower costs on MAP-priced items. Always read the very small print for exclusions and disqualifiers. When something appears too good to be true, it probably is.

You may save, initially, when buying from an online-only business; but purchasing an expensive instrument from a brick and mortar establishment assures quality, consistency, hands-on assistance and full service—including repairs and warranty issues. Returns & Exchanges
Returns for credit, or an exchange for a different item are welcome up to thirty days from receipt of your purchase. If your item is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Should you decide you'd like a different item instead, we will gladly use 100% of your original purchase price towards the product you desire. For product exchanges, you will be responsible for insured return shipping, and the item must be in the same condition it was received in.
For those of you purchasing an instrument online, it can feel like a risky endeavor. To ensure the integrity of our store and the products we represent, we will allow a 2-Day/48 Hour inspection period from the time you receive your item. Within that 48 Hours, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us explaining the reasons you wish to return the item. You are responsible for all return shipping charges, and the item must be in the exact condition it was prior to leaving our store. A restocking charge will be applied to any damage or noticeable wear incured while in your possession.
