You could say the best characteristic of the Xotic RC Booster pedal is that it has no character at all. But plug it in between your guitar and other effect pedals, and get ready for extra sustain and better sound from all your other effects.
The GAIN control pushes your tubes, so you get richer harmonics and fuller tone. VOLUME, TREBLE, and BASS controls let you contour your sound. Switching is true bypass, eliminating any signal interference when switched out. The RC Booster also acts as a buffer, fighting noise and the loss of signal caused by long cable runs.
The RC Booster also works great with electric bass guitar and acoustic guitar. It's all hand-wired and hand-crafted in the USA, and can be used with 9V battery or optional AC adaptor.
