Zoom R24 Multitrack Recorder and Workstation

The Zoom R24 raises the bar set by the amazing R16, offering even more features including a built-in sampler, drum machine, 8 additional recording tracks and 6 channels of phantom-power.

More than just a multi-track machine, the R24 is actualy four production tools in one. Using SD memory cards for recording and playback, this little giant performs as:

  • Digital multi-track recorder—8 simultaneous tracks recording, 24 tracks playing back
  • Audio interface
  • Control surface
  • Pad sampler

Capture audio in a variety of settings with up to 6 channels of 48v/24v phantom power. Record up to 8 tracks simultaneously and playback up to 24 tracks in either 16-bit/44.1kHz or 24-bit/48kHz WAV—enough tracks and power to record everything from complete drum kits to live music performances of bands and orchestras.

You can syncronize two R24s via USB for 16 simultaneous recording tracks. The R24 also features two built-in stereo condenser microphones for field recording or quick, convenient sketch-pad ideas and rehearsals.

8 combination XLR/1/4" inputs—along with one Hi-Z input—allow direct connection for a guitar or bass. Over 100 built-in studio effects enhance your tracks and pro-quality mastering effects to give you true studio sound.

The R24 is also a powerful workstation, DAW controller, sampler, and field recorder. You get everything you need to create professional recordings from any location by merging a multi-track recorder, audio interface, controller surface and a sampler into one piece of gear.
